Only “That” Bhagavad Gita Please
My wife, Saswati Radhike Devi Dasi, and I were distributing Bhagavad-gita one evening near our home in Baguiati in Kolkata. We set up our tables and Srila Prabhuapada's books as usual. We were very eager to distribute books that day. We started announcements regarding Srila Prabhuapada's books. A few people took a Bhagavad-gita.
Suddenly we met a lady and her small daughter. When my wife asked the lady to get a Gita, she said that she will contact us later. She said she is initiated and that her gurudeva gave her the name of an author and said that she should buy only the Bhagavat-gita written by that author.
For now, she had forgotten the author's name. But she took our phone number and left.
The next day my wife got a call from that lady, who asked, "Are you distributing the Gita written by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhuapada?
The next Sunday, she came and took Bhagavad Gita, and then she also came to our Kolkata temple. And now she is regularly coming to our home program.
We were really inspired that Srila Prabhuapada's books are so merciful.
Haribol!
Your servant,
Debanjan Krishna Das
