THE STORY REVELED

Many devotees have expressed their fascination about the huge number of coffee shops, nail and hair salons receiving so many of Srila Prabhupada’s books. Well, here is the story.
The idea came from Bhaktin Anastasia. She said, one day, before she joined the temple, she was in maya and decided to go to a Hair salon to do her hair. While sitting there she noticed that there was a book shelf with books and magazines for the costumers’ convenience. Immediately the idea to put Srila Prabhupada’s books on those shelves manifested in her mind. That was the beginning.
Some weeks later she joined the temple and together with Bhaktin Sara Bock started distributing books to hair and nail salons in the Los Angeles area. At that time Bhaktin Sara was already doing coffee shops.
Very soon after this Bhaktin Maureen Maher joined the party. Bhaktin Maureen lives with her family in Laguna Beach and now most of her time she spends traveling all over the Orange County distributing books to coffee shops, libraries, motels, health clinics, hair salons, etc. She even once came to me to apologize because she hade to slow down because her family was complaining that she was never at home and always a way behind with her house duties. Just imagine what ocean of nectar she is swimming in.
On the front page, we have put a photo of these three glorious ladies so all of you can get some inspiration from them and when ever you see them please give them your blessings so they can continue in the same capacity for a very long time.
