London book buyers impressed
While in London recently, I tried to go out daily on book distribution with my son, Haridev.
One day, a young lady stopped to talk with me and she took a book. As she was walking away, she had a realisation, and she stopped in her tracks to say, "You just took away my anger" in a baffled tone of voice.
I thought, Lord Caitanya is so kind to let me witness Him taking away someone's anger.
Another day I had an exchange with a young lady who also took a book and, similarly, as she was walking away, she stopped, and turned back to say, "You just made my day," in an amazed tone of voice. It was such a surprise to her.
I felt so grateful to Lord Caitanya for allowing these people to openly share their realisations of coming into contact with Srila Prabhupada's books and Lord Caitanya's unlimited compassion for the first time.
