A bus for Nepal

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
As you all know, last year a devastating earthquake hit Nepal. Eight thousand people died, twenty-one thousand were injured, thousands lost their homes.
The people then had very little money, so it was difficult for them to donate for books. They were suffering, and the devotees were letting them know that the knowledge in the books they were offering would give guide them on how to deal with what they were experiencing. The people were taking books and giving donations.
Still, the devotees could give out many more books to people, but they're limited by how far they can go from the temple. They don't have a vehicle. So the regional secretary, Patri Prabhu, asked me to help them get one. I couldn't refuse.
Now, let me tell you something about this great devotee. He's from Ukraine and was an officer in the Russian military during the communist era. Somehow he received one of Srila Prabhupada's books. He loved them and became a devotee. Now he is preaching in India and Nepal-loved by everyone who knows him.
So please help with whatever amount you can give to get a sankirtan bus for Katmandu, Nepal. This is another way to show your gratitude to Srila Prabhupada during this fiftieth jubilee of ISKCON.
