All glories to the “Prabhupada Marathon 02”
Dear Prabhu's,
Please accept my humble obeisances, all glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I hope everyone has had a successful Prabhupada marathon. With every extra endeavor we make to please Krsna He makes an extra endeavor to give Himself, as He says in Bhagavad Gita "ye yatha mam prapadyante" Prabhupada also speaks on this by saying, "For every step we take to Krsna He takes ten towards us." He also says, "If you're distributing books you're running back to Krsna." Prabhupada liked these marathons very much because he liked to see big results, and after he saw those big results he would say, "Now double it." He said he had one disease, that he never thought small. One time a Mataji had a very enlivening dream that she excitedly told Prabhupada about. She said, "Prabhupada I had a dream that everyone in the world was a devotee!" Prabhupada smiled and replied, "That is a very nice dream, and my desire."
By distributing books we are without a doubt pleasing Krsna and Srila Prabhupada very much, because by book distribution people are becoming devotees.
Now that the marathon is over of course there will be some time to rest the body and mind. But that is to get rejuvenated energy to continue this nectarine service. We have a big job ahead of us.
