Book Distribution

Cambridge University Boston

I am distributing a few books in London during this marathon.

I met a girl from Boston who is studying at Cambridge University for a year. We talked about her field of study (classics), and she got a book about the classical Indian culture.

A retired BBC journalist with lots of time to read also got one.

So did a young beer-drinker about to sit down at a table on the sidewalk outside Little Jack Horner's pub.

An Estonian girl with a degree in business (who speaks five languages) got a book. She said that she had just bought another book, and I asked her to see it. She took out of a bag the thick book that the Scientologists sell. Fortunately, Lord Caitanya arranged for her to also read about Krishna.

I met a young couple with a stroller outside Govinda's. Both he and she are doctors who studied at UCL, University College London, near Govinda's. They began eating at Govinda's when studying medicine. They have some books, but got one as a Christmas present for her parents.

A curious young Catholic man, also outside Govinda's, took an introductory book. He eats with friends at Govinda's because he likes the peaceful atmosphere. Now he has become interested in the spiritual and philosophical ideas of Krishna consciousness.

Your Servent,
