DECEMBER MARATHON

As you can see from the list of institutions we have distributed books to, some of the devotees are swimming in the ocean of Christmas book distribution marathon. Bhaktins Sara and Anastasia are distributing books to local Los Angeles Nail/Beauty shops. Bhaktin Maureen (Mo) is distributing books to Orange County Libraries, Coffee shops, Nail/Beauty salons and motels. Several devotees ordered huge quantities of books to give them as gifts to whomever they know.
I just came back from a Target store where there were hundreds of people, all buying gifts for their friends and relatives. Everyone is feeling a high fever of gift exchanges. The temple sankirtana devotees are also taking advantage of it and they are able to distribute many more books than on other days throughout the rest of the year.
So let us also take advantage of the situation and do something for the real benefit of the society. If we miss this opportunity we will have to wait another 12 months before the next Christmas shopping mania.
