Pleasantly Surprised, by Vijaya Prabhu
I was standing on the sidewalk looking for a fortunate soul to receive the mercy when a man came up from behind me and asked if I knew where he could purchase the Bhagavad Gita I had in my hand. I was a pleasantly surprised since it's usually us approaching them. So I told him that today was his lucky day since he could get one right here from me. Then HE was pleasantly surprised since he thought I was the owner of the book, he had no idea that I was just asking for donations for it.
Two days later a similar incident took place. I was showing a Bhagavad Gita to one man, when I was about half way through my presentation he kind of enthusiastically interrupted me and asked where he could purchase one, again I was quite pleased to see another person who wants the book but doesn't know that I'm asking donations for it. When I told him he could get it right here from me he was quite surprised and very happy. He said he was looking for it for years.
